Joanna has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2005, member of NAR and GTAR in good standing, closed transactions with local and International clients as a Realtor and oversaw REO sales for Florida's West Coast for 3 years prior to joining Agent Resource Services. She is responsible for scheduling inspections, all communications between Lender, Title, Co-Broker and your Principal, monitoring deadlines, compliance, processing all paperwork, scheduling closing, and financial transactions.
